Landscape Architecture Australia – Revealing plant stories: Keg de Souza
30 July 2026
Interview by Emily Wong
Keg de Souza is an artist of Goan ancestry who creates social and spatial environments that centre marginalised voices for learning about place. Her practice is informed by ecological politics, food politics, temporary architecture, publishing and radical pedagogy.
Landscape Australia editor Emily Wong spoke to de Souza about her work Garden of Strategies currently showing at the Ian Potter Museum of Art and her broader interest in revealing the lesser-known stories of plants, people and place.
